Day 4: Day sail to 'Small Curacao'This is a fabulous day of sailing!
From Bonaire to Klein Curacao is about 25 miles west. After breakfast we set sail in a broad reach to an uninhabited Island called 'Klein Curacao'. (that's smooth sailing) With a bit of luck we will meet dolphins on the way, and those who like to fish can try for a marlin or a tuna! We arrive in the afternoon, just in time for some great snorkling, cocktails and an always inspiring sunset. Dinner aboard. |
Day 5 Explore 'Small Curacao'On Klein Curacao you will find pristine beaches, crystal clear waters: with coral, colorful fish and with a little luck, swimming with turtles!
The Island has many interesting stories, illustrated with a deserted lighthouse, shipwrecks and traces of old settlements. By evening you may have the island for yourself! In the protected bay we anchor overnight and enjoy the relaxed ambiance of this special secluded place. |
Day 6
We sail to Fuik Bay and anchor at the foot of the famous 'Table Mountain'. The bay is very private bay and offers excellent snorkeling. For golfing enthusiasts there is a 18 hole golf course just around the corner... |
Day 7: Morning sail to Curacao into the Kabrieten BayAfter a relaxed breakfast we complete the easy sail to Curacao to the Kabrieten Bay. srrounded by high ancient rocks we anchor.
For snorkeling enthusiasts or divers there is a sunken tuk boat on a 5 minute walk from our boat. Just walk in the sea and be surrounded by hundreds of colored fish that you can even feed! The Tuk boat is on 5 meters and easily accessible. Visit the beaches,natural parks, famous 'Handelskade' with the floating bridge, floating market, the slave museum or tax free shopping in Punda. Curacao offers some fabulous architecture on the Unesco world heritage list. We will be happy create a day package to suit your needs. |
Time to explore Curacao!.so much to see and do on Curacao. Take your pick! - From the boat we can take you on a historic hike to a the Bleekenburg Fort and the quarantine house. The captain is a great guide with all the stories. - step into a submarine and explore the reef at 500ft for a breathtaking once in a lifetime trip. - Like dolphins? Who doesn't! You can swim, snorkel or dive with dolphins in their natural surroundings. - Visit Willemstad and explore the famous floating bridge, the handelskade, the slave museum or go shopping. |
Day 9: Morning sail to West PuntWe take a private mooring in Playa Kalki in front of the famous Kura Hurlanda resort..
After cocktails at sunset, the choice is yours: A romantic last dinner aboard or ashore at the beautiful Kura Hulanda resort. Whatever your choice was last night, we are sure you have spend a memorable week aboard Domicil. Enjoy a relaxed breakfast, one last swim and check out at any time. |
Day 10
Depending on your flight time, you will enjoy a great breakfast and a last dip in the waters. We are sad to say goodbye, but we have wonderful memories which we share! See you next time on Domicil! |
