Located in the Southern Caribbean sea, Curacao is one of the ABC Islands (Aruba Bonaire Curacao). Outside of the "hurricane zone" at about 12' its the perfect Caribbean vacation spot, 365 days a year!

The first establishment in Curacao was in 1634. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site there is over 860 protected historical forts, landhuis (plantation houses), monuments (historical buildings) .The Synagogue Mikvé Israël Emanuel is the oldest synagogue in use in the western hemisphere.Protected archaeological sites feature remnants of human settlements dating back to the Archaic age from 2,500 B.C.) There are many museums to explore this colorful history.
Its also a modern city with many Casino's, discos, bars, clubs and two movie theaters. There is plenty of International, local and duty-frree shopping.
Caribbean Carnival is usually celebrated though out January and February. The North Sea Jazz festival in late August brings a variety of International bands and musicians to the Island.
Water sport opportunities such as sea-doos, boating, fishing, wind surfing, kitesurfing, waterskiing and paddle surfing are abundant. To take a break and enjoy the land, there is hiking, golfing, tennis, fencing,cave walks, atv's, horeseback riding, rock climbing, mountain biking and more!
